Cancellation Policy
At Liv Hair Collective, I am committed to creating a thoughtful, high-quality experience for every guest. In order to honor both my time and the time of my clients, I ask that you please review and respect the following cancellation policy:
I kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. This notice allows enough time to offer the appointment to another guest.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee will be charged to the card on file or applied to your next visit.
I completely understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can arise, and these will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
